We are pleased to announce our half yearly Auction of our real estate properties at 11:00 hrs on the 20th of June 2019 at GRED Auction Hall , Shearee Square .
The reserve price for our properties are kept open and transparent . You may assess the price and inspect the properties prior to auction .
Properties that are mortgaged with the banks shall be cleared by the concerned bank during the auction and the bidders eligibility of loan ( if desired) for the purchase of a particular property shall be at the discretion of the bank .
Highest bidder shall be declared the winner and the bidder is required to deposit 10 % of the bid value for acceptance of your bid.
All bidders are requested to deposit a sum of Nu 10000/- (ten thousand) only by cash or cheque at the time of registration.
